Our services are provided by Registered Nurses and Board Certified Nurse Coaches and are intended to educate, support, guide and empower clients in partnership with their healthcare providers.

My Surgical Wellness PLLC provides wellness coaching, evidence-informed education, guidance, support, and patient advocacy. Our services are designed to complement the care provided by your heathcare team.

We do not:

Diagnose medical conditions or diseases
Prescribe medications or medical treatments
Treat or cure medical conditions
Provide emergency or urgent medical care
Replace or direct the treatment plan established by your healthcare provider
Instruct clients to start, stop, or change prescribed medications or medical treatments
Make independent medical decisions regarding surgery, treatment, or postoperative care

For surgical clients our role is to help you understand, prepare for, and navigate your surgical journey while reinforcing the instructions and plan of care provided by your surgical and medical team.

YOUR HEALTHCARE PROVIDER REMAINS YOUR MEDICAL RESOURCE

Questions about your diagnosis, medications, symptoms, medical treatment, surgery, recovery, or other clinical concerns should be directed to your physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
